ZdravCity online service for reservation of medications launched a referral program
ZdravCity online service for reservation of medications (CV PROTEK project) launched a referral program from mid-October. The clients can use this service in all pharmacies connected to the resource, i.e. about 15 thousand retail outlets in 78 regions of the Russian Federation.
When a client of ZdravCity places the order he or she gets a unique promotion code to share with his or her friends. A new user who got the promotional code from his or her friend will have 100 ruble discount. The client who shared the promotional code gets 100 bonus points on his or her account. These bonus points may be used without limitation when buying medications next time.
The program is available both on the ZdravCity website (www.zdravcity.ru) and via mobile application.
“These days, clients are no strangers to the basic operation principle of referral programs because many online services use this form of promotion for their services. Basically we are banking on the mobile app users, they may use sharing button to send the promotional code to any WhatsApp contact. Minimum order amount is 200 rubles, the remaining amount of the order may be paid by bonus points. The retail pharmacists employed by the partner pharmacies of ZdravCity may also participate in the program”, Dauren Abeuov, CV PROTEK E-Commerce Manager, said.
