Protek Group headed the list of pharmaceutical companies in Expert-400 rating
Protek Group ranked 59th among largest Russian companies by 2019 revenue in the Expert-400 rating. Group’s consolidated revenue to IFRS grew by 5.5% year-on-year reaching some 266 bln rubles in 2019. Pharmaceutical companies Katren and Pulse also entered the Top-100 of the rating and ranked 68th and 77th respectively.
Protek Group also moved up by two positions compared to 2018 and ranked 66th in the Capitalization-100 rating of largest companies by market value. Group’s market value increased over 6.9% year-on-year in 2019 and exceeded 52 bln rubles versus 49 bln in 2018.
The place of companies in the Expert-400 rating is determined by the volume of proceeds from sales of products (goods, works, services) at the end of 2019. The rating table presents companies from almost all major sectors of the economy.
Companies are not allowed to participate if the nature of their activities is not completely transparent, the holding structure of which is not entirely clear, or companies whose activities do not lead to the formation of a significant amount of added value.
