Construction began on a new facility of CV Protek’s logistics park near Moscow

At the end of July, construction began on a new customs warehouse terminal TST-3 in the Transservice Logistics Park in Pushkin (Moscow oblast, 14 km down the Yaroslavskoye Highway) — the central logistics hub of CV Protek (Protek Group). Constructions works for TST-4 facility are scheduled to start in September, the project is currently at the design stage.

On July 7, the Ministry of Housing Policy of Moscow Oblast issued a permission to construct facilities to Transservice Customs Warehouse Terminal (Protek Group).

The total area of TST-3 will exceed 40 thousand square meters, of which more than 37 thousand square meters will be allocated for storage. The total area of TST-4 will exceed 21 thousand square meters with the storage area of 21 thousand square meters. The facilities are designed for more than 36 thousand and 30.6 thousand pallet positions, respectively.

Commercial operations of TST-3 are scheduled to start in January 2023, of TST-4 — in May of the same year.

After commissioning of the new facilities the total area of the PROTEK Group’s logistics pharmaceutical park, including TST-1 (launched in 2006) and TST-2 (launched in April 2017), will reach 145 thousand square meters with the storage capacity exceeding 164 thousand pallets.

All facilities of the logistics park are classified as A+ and equipped in accordance with GDP and GSP standards. High quality of storage is ensured by the incoming control and four storage modes: 15-25°C, 8-15°C, 2-8°C, and up to minus 30°C.

“Today CV Protek can offer its partners and clients a comprehensive service as a 4PL operator: from the storage of manufacturer’s goods to delivery of goods to pharmacies, including customs procedures, shipment to distributors and operation under direct contracts with pharmacy chains. Commissioning of new warehousing facilities will significantly increase the speed of processing of goods and their delivery to customers, all the while reducing delivery costs. New, more efficient customs warehouse and bonded warehouse will be set up within the TST-3, which will increase the throughput of the Mamontovsky Customs Post. I would especially like to note that development of the company’s logistics capacities will become a platform for the intensive development of the e-commerce business”, noted Dmitry Pogrebinsky, General Director of CV Protek.
