CV PROTEK is a leading national distributor of pharmaceutical products which occupies 18.4%  market share according to the results of 9 months of 2016*.

Established in 1990, more than 25 years CV PROTEK has a logistic and warehouse system that complies with the world standards and is capable of bringing the products maximally close to the end consumer. A large-scale regional chain of the Company covers the entire territory of the Russian Federation and is comprised of 42 branches within 5 regional departments: “Moscow”, “Center”, “Volga”, “South”, and “East”. The central logistic complex of CV PROTEK with a capacity of 50 thousand pallet positions, Transservis Customs and Warehouse Terminal, is located in Pushkino, Moscow Region.

Dmitry Pogrebinsky graduated from Moscow Institute of Communications in 1991. He worked in automobile transport and construction businesses on executive positions. His career at CV PROTEK began in 1998 on the position of the head of the group. In 1999, he was appointed head of the department of warehousing facilities of CV PROTEK CJSC. Since 2009, he held the position of Deputy General Director for Logistics and Operations. In April 2014, he was appointed to the post of General Director of CV PROTEK CJSC.

Vladimir Malinnikov graduated from Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University in 1994. In 2013, he completed the MBA training course at the Institute named after M.I. Sechenov, specializing in “Management in Healthcare”. Since 1995, he worked for regional pharmacy chains on the position of a chief commercial officer. In 2005, he began his career at CV PROTEK CJSC as chief  manager of budget sales of “Volga” Regional Department. In 2006, he was appointed head of the department of budget sales. Since 2008, he was appointed Director of “Volga” Regional Department. In 2010, he changed to Rigla LLC for the position of Deputy General Director for Management of Regional Departments. Since 2011, he has been holding the position of Director of Regional Departments of CV PROTEK. In 2013, he was appointed to the position of the 1st Deputy General Director.

Viktor Bovtun graduated from Karaganda Polytechnic Institute in 1982. In 2003, he began his career at CV PROTEK CJSC in the position of shift supervisor. Since 2008, he was appointed chief of the department of warehousing facilities of CV PROTEK. Since April 2014, he has occupied the position of Deputy General Director for Logistics and Operations.

In 2003, Boris Popov graduated with honors from the socio-economic faculty of Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University with a degree in financial management. Since 2001, he worked for various regional companies in the positions of marketing manager and project manager. In 2004, he began his career at CV PROTEK CJSC. Since 2012, he was Director of “Moscow” Regional Department. Since July 2013, he has been appointed Chief Commercial Officer of CV PROTEK CJSC.

Mikhail Danilov graduated from the State University – Higher School of Economics, majoring in mathematical analysis methods in economics. His career at CV PROTEK CJSC began in 2003. Since 2006, he headed the service of management reporting, in the future, the department of management reporting and planning. Since October 01, 2009, he has held the position of Deputy CFO of CV PROTEK.

Viktor Gorbunov graduated with honors from Donbass Technical University, the faculty of automation of production processes. His work at CV PROTEK CJSC began in 1997 in the procurement department. Since 2001, he has held various managerial positions. In 2008, he was appointed to the position of Deputy General Director in charge of Information Technologies.

Nina Pavlicheva graduated from the pharmaceutical faculty of Kursk State Medical Institute. She also completed the courses at LINK International Management Institute: “Effective Manager”, “Finance Manager”, and “Practical Marketing”. Her professional career started as a deputy head of pharmacy No. 3 in Orel. Since 1997, she headed the Orel branch of CV PROTEK CJSC - PROTEK-32. In 2006, she was appointed to the post of head of the personnel department of CV PROTEK CJSC. Since 2008, she has been Deputy General Director for Personnel of CV PROTEK CJSC.

Nikolay Polyansky graduated from the faculty of aircraft equipment of the Higher Military Engineering Academy named after prof. N.Ye. Zhukovsky, specializing in engineering (1986) and management (PRIS, 1994). He was engaged in the development of new aircraft – R&D work for the Ministry of Defense. In 1994, he began his career at large companies, including NTV-PLUS, NTV-Holding, where he specialized in foreign trade. Since 2001, he has held various managerial positions at PROTEK Group of Companies. Since January 2008, he has been appointed to the position of Deputy General Director for External Relations. He carries out active cooperation with the state authorities and public organizations.

Oleg Yarin graduated from Ufa State Aviation Technical University with a degree in Automated Data Processing and Management Systems in 1999. In 2006 he studied at State Academy of Further Training with a specialization in Accounting and Audit.

He started his career in CV PROTEK in 2000 in Ufa branch as Marketing and Supply Chain Manager. Since 2001 he has been working in internal control system of the company. In 2003 he was transferred to the parent company. In 2007 he was appointed to the post of Control and Analytics Department Chief. Since 2012 he has been working as an Internal Audit and Risk Analysis Director.

Charity

PROTEK Charitable Foundation was established in 2006. The core area of the Foundation’s activities is the “Health to People” Program dedicated to financial and medicinal aid to vulnerable groups in the Russian Federation.
